The docs comment on how easy it is for them. They simply sign it and fax it back. It saves my P.T.s and staff a lot of time. (And, time means money) I include diagnoses that will allow me treat any part of the body e.g. 719.40 multiple joints of stiffness, and 719.59 pain in joint unspecified. Then I can treat the back if needed while I am treating an ankle.
We have made templates that an ancillary person pulls up and then we fill any other details.
